How I became a solo runner and I love it!
October 1998. I started playing Rugby in my University. I was training some days Rugby techniques, some days just fitness and endurance. I was my strongest version ever LOL. I used to run with some of my teammates, or hiking together in a mountain I had in my city. I was a team/group runner and loved the way we pushed to each other, was fun and challenging at the same time. 2006: I ran for a first time on a 10K Nike race with my dear teammate and life sibling Brigitte. We were so fit, we didn't have to "train" for a 10K race when we were running and raining so hard all the weeks BUT the fact of crossing the finish line just GOT ME and made a click inside my brain.
